More than 20 years of experience in managerial positions within companies specialized for HR and employee development, marketing and public relations.
Formal education via the Technological College of Skopje and postgraduate studies on Sheffield University – City College of Thessaloniki. Work visits of the Arizona State University in Phoenix, USA and work visits of companies based in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Since 2012, Ivanovska has a prestigious specialization via the program “Art and Science of Coaching” (TASC) via the Ericson Coaching College of Toronto, Canada. It’s the gold standard within the International coaching federation (ICF). She has a Country-wide certificate as a coach of adults and coach of coaches of adults. She has a lot of experience in corporate development of companies by establishing processes and systems for working with human capital for achieving the business goals and enabling stable growth.
Other important qualifications are the certification as a master coach and facilitator of personal strengths and strengths deployment inventory (SDI), a DISC consultant, certified international facilitator for career development (Global Career Development Facilitator GCDF), the business coaching certificate of Noble Manhattan Coaching, England. She is the founder and partner of Personal Strenghts Macedonia, a representative of the SDI methodology and tools for Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania and Kosovo. Member of the ASK management board and it’s first President after the organisation’s founding in 2010.
Biljana Velevska

Velevska has extensive experience in project management, counselling, training and analysis with both private and public sectors.
Biljana Velevska runs the company Samerimpex Impulsi since the 2000 related to consultancy in Management,Organizational Development and Human Resource Management. She is also Managing Partner at Personal Strengths Macedonia, www.ps.mk, the area representative of this methodology and tools for Macedonia, Bulgaria,Kosovo and Albania.
Velevska has extensive experience in project management, counselling, training and analysis with both private and public sectors. She has 18 years experience in in-company projects, especially in the field of Management and Human Resource Management as HR planning, staffing, job planning, job description, recruitment & selection, motivation, training and development needs assessment, curricula development, training delivery,development and implementing performance management systems, compensation system, career development.
Biljana Velevska has Master in European Management at Europa Institute in Germany. She is holder of KPI Professional Certificate, SDI (Strengths Development Inventory) facilitator certificate Level I&II, Global Career Development Facilitator certificate for counselor and trainer and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. She has finished the PMP certification training. She is founder and managing board member at the Macedonian Association of Career Counselors (ASK).
